Everything Retadose does
Retatrutide users juggle a dose log, a vial-and-syringe spreadsheet, a weight tracker, a notes file for side effects, and the question "is my level high enough yet?" Retadose folds all of that into one app, so you don't have to keep five tabs in sync.
- Dose log — record every injection with date, dose, vial, and notes. Auto-calculates units from concentration.
- MyLevel chart — modeled retatrutide blood concentration based on Coskun 2022 PK parameters.
- Vial inventory — track each vial's reconstitution date, concentration, doses remaining, and expiration.
- Daily check-ins — 30-second wellbeing log: side effects, hunger, mood, sleep.
- Progress chart — overlays weight, doses, level, and side-effect intensity on one timeline.
- Milestones — auto-unlocked trophies for dose count, streak, weight loss, vial completion.
- Dose simulator — what-if planning before you change your protocol.
- Reminders — opt-in dose reminders via email or browser notification.
- Round-ups — weekly email summary of doses, weight, and trends.
- Export — CSV and provider-friendly PDF of your full log.
- Adaptive target — the calculator's next-dose suggestion adapts to your tolerance and side-effect history.
- Calculator — calibration-grade level estimator with syringe unit math.
What Retadose is not
Retadose is not a pharmacy, prescriber, or telemedicine service. We do not sell, source, or distribute retatrutide. We do not provide medical advice. Dose suggestions are calculated estimates based on published PK parameters and your logged history — they are not prescriptions and do not substitute for the guidance of a licensed clinician. Always review dose changes with your prescriber.
Privacy by design
Your dose log, weight, side effects, and vial inventory are sensitive. Retadose stores them on a single server you control access to, with no third-party tracking embedded in your account pages. We do not sell, broker, or share your data. You can delete your account and all stored data at any time from settings. Export tokens for clinicians are scoped, revocable, and never expose your email.

Frequently asked questions
Is Retadose really free?
Yes. The full feature set — dose log, PK chart, vials, simulator, milestones, export — is free. We may add an optional paid tier later for advanced reports, but the core tracking will stay free.
Do I need to be a doctor or a pharmacy to use it?
No. Retadose is for retatrutide users tracking their own progress. Clinicians are welcome to use the provider report view at /for-providers to interpret a patient's shared export.
Does it work without internet?
The PWA works offline for the dose log and recent history. Sync resumes automatically when you reconnect.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes, instantly, from settings. Account deletion removes your dose log, weigh-ins, vials, and check-ins from the active database. Backups age out within 30 days.
Does Retadose support tirzepatide or semaglutide?
Not currently. We've kept the model focused on retatrutide so the PK math stays validated. The codebase is structured to add other compounds later — see the retatrutide vs tirzepatide comparison for context.
